P A R T N E R P R O F I L E
Name ; age ; identification ; location (ASL)?
Renton Millar ; 46 ; Melbourne
Sun, Earth or Moon?
I prefer the waves, skateparks and mountains.
Why skating / creating the Shredability Space? What drew you to it?
Skating is my life. It’s my job, my hobby.
It’s the best. I love it.
Favourite trick managed to date? Why?
Favourite trick at the moment is a frontside air. Favourite demo is a difficult one, perhaps any demo with Tony Hawk is pretty rad. Just because they are big, and he is an inspiring guy.
What would you say to children, young adults and seniors who would like to get into skating but are hesitant?
Just have fun, and go to the skatepark early in the morning when it’s empty. If you just play around and not take it too seriously, you’ll get better, and it gets more fun, and quickly you get addicted.
If you could manifest anything to exist in the Outer South East of Melbourne, what would it be?
Perhaps some kind of biosphere that replicates life on another planet. Either that, or perhaps a boutique kebab shop.
What do you love about the Outer South East, as it is?
For sure The Shed, it’s great.
